What is The Cookout!?

More than just an outdoor event, The Cookout! is a celebration of community, culture and camaraderie that brings people together to share positive experiences.

Our motto is "Good vibes, good food, good people" and that's exactly what you should expect.

Can I book a table?

Just like a traditional cookout, tables and seats are first come, first served. There's no booking.

We highly recommend arriving early to secure your spot.

When is The Cookout?

Saturday 28 November, from 2pm until 9pm, at 25hours Hotel Dubai.

Is parking available?

Absolutely. There's parking at the hotel, and valet parking is available too.

Are kids allowed?

No, this one's for the grown-ups. The Cookout is 21+ only, and ID will be checked where necessary.

Are dogs allowed?

No, sorry. Let's keep the fur babies safe and comfortable at home.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

No outside food or drink, please. Our vendors have you very well covered.

What are The Cookout competition rules?

It's a game, so have fun. But the prizes are very real, so we take the scoreboard seriously.

Only your best score counts. Play as many times as you like. We only keep your highest score, so a bad round can never knock you down. Tripped over a crate? Shake it off and go again.

One player, one name, one spot. Sign up once and every run counts towards the same entry. Second accounts, nicknames, your cousin's email: any duplicate account on the scoreboard gets deleted, and we only keep your best score. And yes, we are checking.

One phone, one player. Each phone belongs to the first name that signs up on it. Sharing the vibes is great, but your friends need their own phone to get on the board.

Play it straight. Every score is checked automatically. Scores that don't add up won't count, and anyone caught cheating is off the board for good. The board refreshes every 20 seconds, so you'll see your name go up fast.

Keep your name clean. Your name goes up on a public scoreboard next to our partners, so anything rude or offensive gets turned away at the door.

Top 6 take the prizes. The board locks at 2pm on Friday 27 November. Prizes are collected at The Cookout, with a valid ticket.

When does the game close?

Scores must be in by 2pm on Friday 27 November, the day before The Cookout.

The countdown on the scoreboard runs to that exact moment. When it hits zero the board locks, the top six are final, and we announce the winners before the event so everyone knows what they're collecting on the day.

How do I collect a prize?

Prizes can only be collected at The Cookout, and you'll need a valid ticket to claim one.

Are there any conditions attached to the prizes?

Yes. Many of our prizes are generously provided by our partners, and where a prize comes from a sponsor, that sponsor's own terms and conditions apply.

In practice that usually covers things like valid dates, booking windows, blackout periods and how the prize can be redeemed. You'll get the full details for your specific prize at the point you claim it.

Is my ticket refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable. The one exception is something major on our side, for example if the event is cancelled.
